About the position

This is a combined position where you will work both in our booking support and at our reception. The role suits you who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable meeting people, and enjoys varied tasks.

Booking Support – Give guests the perfect first impression

In our booking support, you will meet guests digitally and via phone, helping them plan their stay down to the smallest detail. Here you will handle, among other things:

• Booking and support for accommodation
• Booking and support for entrance tickets to our parks
• Responding to incoming emails and booking inquiries
• General information and advice about Kneippbyn

You will work in the systems DL-bookit, BookVisit, and CityBreak. Experience with these is a plus, but not a requirement – we will teach you!

Reception – The heart of the resort

In our reception, it’s full speed from morning to evening. Here you will meet guests face-to-face and create that magical feeling of “we take care of you.” Tasks include:

• Check-in and check-out
• Guest service & problem-solving
• Booking of activities, bikes, sauna, etc.
• Information about the resort and all the fantastic things Gotland has to offer

In addition to DL-bookit, we also use several systems to create a smooth guest experience, such as CheckProof, CampTrac, and Salto.
